Which hot tea will it be?

More popular now than ever before, is the choice of hot tea for a breakfast, mid-morning, afternoon and evening drink.  And its not because its cold!  Hot tea has been identified as a cure for many ailments, a brew to correct negative dispositions by calming the spirit and inspiring positive outlooks.

By no means can I be described as a "tea-kind-of-person", but I do enjoy a cup of Tetley, Old English and Lipton Tea Bags every once in  a while.  My husband, though, is more a tea-leaf and tea root guy, mint leaves, basil leaves, ginger root and the like.

Recognizing that January is celebrated as National Tea Month, we set about doing a little research and found that there is a whole tea world out there just waiting to be explored.  From medicinal value, health inducing, green, black, white, scented and flavored, you can choose from tea served to poor and rich pallettes in restaurants, street corners and at a table set for the Queen.

We'll keep you posted on the ones we try throughout the month, but if you have suggestions for great flavors to try, please feel free to share them.
